After rescheduling Taryn and Jeff's e-session in an effort to get lucky with a sunny day we decided to work in the rain. They didn't seem to pay any attention to the rain. This is one happy couple!

Now that the weather is final getting nicer Alb and I are doing a ton of engagement sessions this month before the busy Wedding season begins in a few short weeks.

We met Stella and John at Stanley Park for their session. They were so sweet to share with us their story of 'how he proposed'. It was very sweet. This couple will be tying the knot in July.

It was a very cold day at the downtown library for Jessica and Mathew's engagement session. We managed to escape the rain for a few shots. This very cute couple will be tying the knot this coming May. I will be doing a sun dance for them.

Introducing the Crazy Photo Booth for 2009

At Tracey and Grover's Wedding I set up a photo booth and invited the guests to be as silly as they dare. It was a HUGE success. To kick off January I am offering all couples who book their Wedding this month a FREE crazy booth for their reception.

Just two days after Christmas Tracey & Grover tied the knot. Usually I like to do most of the Wedding day photos outdoors but since the weather was not cooperating Tracey arrange for us to do a photo shoot at one of her and Grover's favourite spots. Chambar is a very funky restaurant with fantastic brick walls and huge windows that bath the large rooms in natural light. I loved working at this spot. Hopefully I can come back soon to try the cuisine.

My intrepid husband / assistant / second shooter. We had to tote our gear via sleigh for this Wedding. It was a great adventure.

Last June we had the pleasure of photographing Nikki & Joe's Wedding. Since then they have had another adorable baby. Considering the cold weather the kids were great sports for their photo shoot.

Albums & Cards for 2009

This summers Wedding albums are finally arriving and they look amazing. Renaissance Albums are simply stunning. I also included a photo of a recent Christmas card I had made from a family shoot last month.

There are several album covers to select from. This one is a olive silk with a 5x5 cameo opening.

The photos are laminated onto each page and they lay flat.

Where do you go when it is raining cats and dogs and you need to get some great natural light on a Bride and Groom. Well, Canada Place of course. They have terrrific huge windows that let the light in and keep the rain out. We did most of Laura & Andre's shots there then moved onto Cecil Green for the ceremnoy and reception.
